The youth group at our church is raising money for a mission trip to Alaska. For one of their fundraisers, they are sponsoring a dinner and a silent auction.
As a donation to the auction, I did up an "Ice Cream Social for Four" gift basket including a quilted table runner.
In addition to the runner, it includes ice cream bowls, napkins, toppings, sprinkles, cookies, and a gift card for ice cream.
Here's the runner ----
I used up my Riley Blake and Bonnie and Camille scraps left over from a previous table runner.
And included simple wavy machine quilting.
Another enjoyable project !!!!!

What a lovely gift for the fund raiser - and the lovely table runner to set everything out nicely. Great idea!!
You are so talented! I absolutely love the runner and the ice cream basket is such a fun idea. The bowls go so well with the runner. Thanks for sharing with SYC.
hugs,
Jann
S. That was a great well thought out gift basket. The card for the groceries was a good idea. Have a great day. Sylvia D.
Hi Sally, just hopping by to let you know that you will be featured at SYC later today.

Great job on your table runner. I have just started quilting and hope it isn't too late for me to learn.
I love your gift baskets. Who doesn't love ice cream? The runners are bright and csheerful, too.
I enjoyed reading your story also.
